Location: Mumbai Only

Salary Range to start with 78,000p.a., the upper cap would depend on the years of experience and profile of the candidate.

Qualification – Graduate, Not pursuing graduation, SSC Passed can be looked at

2) Coordinators – Logistics/ Supply Chain Management

Location: Mumbai Only

Experience 2-3yrs.

Min. Qualification – Graduate

Job Requirements
• Daily Monitoring of Indents raised in SCM
• Raising Purchase Orders as per Indent details on daily basis against Indents.
• Ensuring timely submission of purchase orders to Vendor.
• Maintaining Indent v/s Delivery report on daily basis.
• Escalating pending deliveries against orders to SCM
• Maintaining stock position report for all warehouses on daily basis.
• Responsible for submitting Ordering Details on weekly basis.
• Providing LR details to TISC for delivery from warehouse to site.
• Generate report for monthly order vs deliveries.
• Consolidating reports of short supplies / damages and escalating to SCM on weekly basis.
• Ensure that Indents/ PO are in sync with Revenue Forecast for the month. Weekly report to be generated.

Job Analysis

3) TIS Coordinator/s.

Location: All India Requirements

Experience 1-2yrs.

Min. Qualification – Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engg

Job Requirements
Job requires TIS Coordinators to handle complete preparation of ATM sites (total implementation) as a project with time bound deliverables and milestones to be achieved. TIS Coordinators should have knowledge on material specifications and vendor management including managing architectural/civil contractors and third party suppliers of Air Conditioners, UPS etc.

Job Responsibility
• Pursue Site feasibility survey and document the same in Site feasibility Report, within 3 days from intimation. Report should be comprehensive
• Send the SFR (for feasible / non-feasible sites) to designated Bank Project Manager
• Ensure submission of layout drawing and estimate, for feasible site within SLA
• Pursue documentation through Site Takeover Format, during taking over Clear Site for TIS execution from Bank; escalate to appropriate authority in case Site is not clear after release of Work Order from the Bank and continue the process until site is handed over by Bank for execution.
• Ensure that premises of site are clear for execution, follow-up with Bank for same. Source contractors.
• Responsible for timely delivery of sites
• Periodic site visits / audit to ensure compliance of materials & methods of construction with established specification/s and quality requirements of the sites.
• Escalate & attend to all local site issues and pursue resolution of the same.
• Ensure completion of SCR documentation
• Pursue joint measurement and check & validate Contractor & Vendors bills
• Closely follow-up with Bank officials for processing the bills, provision of new sites and arranging site verification of sites.
• Preparation of Work Orders in consultation of local coordinators.

4) Service Engineers

Location: All India Requirements

Experience 1-2yrs.

Min. Qualification – Diploma/ Degree should be in Computer Technology, Electronic and Telecommunication, Instrumentation or similar trades with a good academic record

Job Responsibility
• Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning and after sales services of ATMs and various other products.

Job Requirements
• Required to work at the ATM site on the field
• Required to be highly motivated
• Ready to work hard smartly
• Knowledge on maintenance on computer hardware and software would be an added advantage.

5) Business Development Manager – Sales

Location: Mumbai Only

Experience 6-8yrs.

Requirements:
• BE with MBA / MBA from a reputed institute with minimum 7-8 years experience in sales in Information Technology, Banking / Financial, solution selling Domains
• Excellent written & oral communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, team management skills, relationship building skills.
• Knowledge of Public Sector tendering process
• Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working in unstructured Environments. Skilled to keep teams motivated at all times.
• Good networking skills with target customers.
• Result Oriented with track record of achievements
• Good forecasting and strategic planning capabilities.
• Exposure to manage business in large accounts independently w.r.t. closing a sale, project execution, billing, collection etc.
• Delivery oriented and can work under pressures.

Job Description:
• Lead and develop a team of Sales associates of Diebold India in western region to achieve higher market share and profitable growth.
• Responsible for revenue and margins for all sales in the allocated accounts.
• Responsible for all revenue segments of Diebold in India.
• Develop and create new accounts and business opportunities within the region.
• Develop and sustain high level customer relationships.
• Assist sales associates in closure of deals with the customers
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and customize solutions based on their requirements.
• Manage the tender bidding process and ensure deal closure.
• Service Oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction.

6) Business Development Manager – Security

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore

Experience 6-8yrs.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Developing business for Diebold in the FI & Banking vertical for security products & services/ Sales & Services
• Supporting Sales team in presales engagements, specking and proposal building
• Understanding client needs like services required and position Diebold’s capability to meet expectations
• Ownership of revenue & profitability numbers for the business
