Job Description:

Lead and develop a team of Sales associates of Diebold India in western region to achieve higher market share and profitable growth.
Responsible for revenue and margins for all sales in the allocated accounts.
Responsible for all revenue segments of Diebold in India.
Develop and create new accounts and business opportunities within the region.
Develop and sustain high level customer relationships.
Assist sales associates in closure of deals with the customers
Understand and anticipate customer needs and position solutions based on their requirements.
Manage the bidding process and ensure deal closure favourably.
Service Oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction.

2) Service Engineer - Service

LOCATION : Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position is responsible for troubleshooting, reporting, scheduling, and performing all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on Diebold equipment at customer sites.
He shall be involved in day to day field activity comprising of Installations, Breakdown visits, PMs, upgrades, documentation etc.
He will be responsible for technical repairs of equipments related to all ATM models & accessories such as access locks, alarm systems, DVRs etc
Acts as the primary customer contact and must be able to foster good working relationships.
Must be able to prioritize calls received from the Call Center & respond back with proper updates. He should plan his daily activity accordingly.
Must be able to comply with processes, quality checklists and accurately report data.
Should ensure TAT for all equipments is achieved & should be in accordance with the committed SLA for the Bank.
Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.
Ensure that the parts consumption is maintained at a minimum; however ensure that quality of repairs is of the highest standard.
Ensure that all H/w & S/w updates are incorporated in the ATMs under him.
Should maintain proper documentation, database, weekly reports, parts consumption etc
Should coordinate with the Service Logistics & ensure smooth transition of parts from Field to regional warehouse or Depot.
Should be able to maintain proper parts inventory & should have a defined process to forecast required spares.

5. JOB PROFILE :

Should be a BE (Electronics, Electrical Engineering), Diploma (Industrial Electronics, Electrical), ITI (Industrial Electronics, Electrical), BSc (Electronics).
Fresher’s can also be considered.
Should have in-depth and comprehensive knowledge in Electronic & Electrical components & their workings.
Must have hands on experience working on different Test & Repair equipments.
Should have excellent hardware troubleshooting skills.
Should have considerable PC knowledge & should have hands on experience in Excel, Word & other database tools.
